Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the United States, to all 50 states. We do not ship to addresses outside the United States at this time. The shipping options and prices available for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping Options and Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping — $0.00. Tracked. Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days.
  • Express Shipping — $5.99. Priority processing and tracked. Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days.

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Delivery Times

Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York). Orders placed after this time, on weekends or on US federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Handling time: 1–3 business days.

Transit time: 5–9 business days.

Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days with Free Standard Shipping · 3–6 business days with Express Shipping.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, which you can use to follow your parcel until it arrives.

Taxes and Duties

All orders are delivered within the United States. No additional customs duties or import fees are charged to the customer on delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@orviaofficial.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address before the order is shipped.
